hey, I'm Bec!
II'm Bec Cosgrove, business and leadership coach, culture nerd, and unapologetic straight-talker.
For nearly two decades I worked in HR and change management across industries, watching leaders burn themselves out trying to hold everything together. I saw businesses with amazing potential stall because culture was ignored, leaders were stuck in constant reaction mode, or no one was willing to have the tough conversations.
I've been there too, running on empty, carrying the load, wondering if it was ever going to get easier.
That's why I built Culture Wise Coaching.
Now I work with SME owners, founders, and leaders across Brisbane and Australia who are over it, over the firefighting, the people headaches, and the 2am stress wake-ups. You've built something good. My job is to help you make it thrive, without burning you out in the process.

The Before You Speak Tool was invaluable when I needed to raise serious concerns with a Senior Management about a colleague whose behaviour had become manipulative and difficult to manage. Before leadership coaching, I wasn't sure how to communicate with more senior leaders in the business to better inform their strategy and manage their expectations.
